Nearly 50 parishioners march from St. Leo's to Detainee Center in Tacoma October 4, 2025.
We invited people from local faith communities to join us under the banner "People of Faith Stand With Immigrants" at the No Kings march, October 18, 2025. We were joined by other Catholic parishes, Lutheran congregations, the Plymouth Congregational Church, and even a Zen Buddhist Temple on Beacon Hill.
On the evening of October 22 at St. Joseph’s we prayed the rosary in solidarity with our immigrant brothers and sisters in detention at the ICE Detention Center in Tacoma.
