Spirit Choir sings for the 8:30 a.m. Mass every Sunday. We lead congregational singing of contemporary, uplifting, African American, and other eclectic music. That includes songs from Catholic and other Christian genres. We emphasize music as ministry, having fun, moving people’s spirit, and trying new things. We are a non-auditioned group and welcome new singers and instrumentalists throughout the year. Please contact Diane to sign-up (contact information below).
Our choir leads music for Holy Days like Christmas Eve and Holy Week. And we also put on concerts and collaborate in these with the Gospel Choirs or at Immaculate Conception, our paired parish. We do this to benefit the community at large.
