We are delighted to introduce the Parish Family Pastoral Council, a dedicated group committed to serving and supporting the vibrant communities of St. Joseph and St. Therese. Our council plays a key role in fostering collaboration between parishioners, church staff, and leadership, ensuring that our parish family remains a welcoming and spiritually enriching home for all.
Our Mission/Goal: The Parish Family Pastoral Council’s mission is to actively listen to our parish community, bring forward ideas and concerns to church leadership, and collaborate with ALL our communities to support our shared journey of faith. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we aim to be stewards of unity and growth within our parish family.
How We Work:
Listening Body: The council prioritizes hearing the voices of parishioners to understand their needs, aspirations, and ideas.
Collaboration with Staff and Leadership: As a sounding board, we work closely with clergy, staff, and other leadership groups to address opportunities and challenges within our communities.
Parish Family Participation: We actively participate in shared initiatives with our Parish Family, strengthening ties and resources across our communities.
Open for Questions and Ideas: We encourage parishioners to connect with us. Meet us at coffee and donuts after Mass to share your thoughts, ask questions, or discuss ideas.
How You Can Engage:
Share Your Ideas: If you have suggestions or concerns, let us know. Your voice helps shape the future of our parish.
Join Us at Events: Look for council members at parish events like coffee and donuts or other gatherings.
Be Part of the Dialogue: Engage with us as we strive to keep our Parish Family vibrant and united in its mission.
We look forward to walking alongside each of you as we continue building a faith-filled community. Together, we can ensure that our Parish Family remains a beacon of God’s love and presence in our lives. Thank you for your trust and involvement—let’s grow together in faith!
