"Jesus, son of David, have pity on me." Last Sunday, we had James and John, quite full of themselves, making demands of Jesus to sit at his right and his left in his Glory. Today we have a blind man begging by the side of the road making a plea for pity.
Asking for wisdom is always in my prayers. I like to think that this prayer is being answered gradually. I am quite sure that it has not been accompanied by countless riches but it does seem to be accompanied by some peace of mind.
