Our faith is not a static thing, it changes as we move through time, gathering experiences, facing times of joy and sorrow, gain and loss. If we expect that what we learned in elementary school will see us through life, we are mistaken. It takes mature reflection, prayer, and community to support the temple of God which is our life as Christians.
For information on our current COVID restrictions and policies, please see here.
For Children, we offer the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori-based program that recognizes that we are all spiritual creatures and our task as teachers is to draw attention to what God is already doing in the lives of our children. The CGS at St. Therese serves children ages 3 through 6th Grade and forms the primary religious education and preparation for the sacraments of Eucharist and Reconciliation. For more information on this faith experience go to the national CGS page or contact Nicole St. Hilaire.
If you are interested in registering your child for the 2023-2024 school year, please fill out this form.
To volunteer to host a Junior High event, contact Nicole or Bernard Koontz.
For Adults choosing to enter the church, we offer the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. Over several months we discuss the teachings of the church and reflect on our lives opening up our hearts and minds to the ways God has brought us to this point.
For other adults, various opportunities are offered where we can deepen and broaden our understanding of God's actions in our lives. For more information, see our Sacraments Page or contact Nicole St. Hilaire.
